PVC (Polyvinylchlorid) pipe is a synthetic material formed by extruding polyvinyl chloride resin with stabilizers, lubricants, etc. through a hot pressing process. As the second largest synthetic material used globally, it is mainly divided into three types: PVC-U pipe, PVC-M pipe and PVC-O pipe. The melting temperature range is 185~205℃. The hard PVC pipe accounts for approximately two-thirds, featuring corrosion resistance and low price, it is suitable for drainage, water supply and chemical fluid transportation. For better cooling, Spray Cooling tank we design the length to 9m instead of the normal 6m. And whole complete set all use the material SUS304, for better quality and long life using. Whole complete production line match with automatic haul off machine and dust free cutting machine. This production line not only with pipe stacker, but also match with a pipe winder, suitable to produce both straight and coil hdpe pipe. The bearing seat was designed outside the machine body, and the main shaft and the machine body are sealed by a sealing ring, which effectively prevents the shredded materials from entering the bearing to prolonging the life of the bearing.

As double rotor shredder equips with screens, you can get uniform particle size.
