PVC/WPC Board/Door/ Ceiling Panel Production Line

PVC door/ Board production line is mainly used for making PVC plastic profile with different section shape and height.the surface of PVC profile/panel can be treated by printing & coated with glossy oil, or by heat transfer printing, or by lamination, which can make good decoration effect for kitchen, toilet, balcony and etc.

Process Flow

Mixer → Screw Loader → Extruder→ Mould → Vacuum Calibration Table→ Cooling Bracket→ Haul off machine → Cutting Machine(With dust collector)→ Stacker→ Packing→ Crusher （To make waste product be small scrap）→ Pulverizer （To make waste scrap be powder then to use again）
