PVC Profile Production Line
PVC profile production line is mainly used for PVC doors and Windows profiles, wide door plate, window sill plate perforated thread tube (four holes, six holes, seven holes, nine holes, etc.) extrusion. The production line can choose different specifications of conical twin-screw extruder according to different profiles, molds and equipped with the corresponding vacuum calibration table, haul off machine , cutting machine, turning over platform and other auxiliary equipment.
Process Flow
Mixer → Screw Loader → Extruder → Mold →Vacuum Calibration Table→ Cooling Bracket →Haul Off Machine → Cutting Machine（with dust collection system）→ Stacker → Crusher （To make waste product be small scrap）→ Pulverizer （To make waste scrap be powder then to use again）
