PVC Pipe Extrusion Line
PVC (Polyvinylchlorid) pipe is a synthetic material formed by extruding polyvinyl chloride resin with stabilizers, lubricants, etc. through a hot pressing process. As the second largest synthetic material used globally, it is mainly divided into three types: PVC-U pipe, PVC-M pipe and PVC-O pipe. The melting temperature range is 185~205℃. The hard PVC pipe accounts for approximately two-thirds, featuring corrosion resistance and low price, it is suitable for drainage, water supply and chemical fluid transportation.

while customers who focus on perfect product quality prefer to choose
the Parallel Twin Screw Extruder.
The screw of the twin-screw extruder has the same diameter throughout
its entire length and is arranged in parallel.

Parallel twin-screw extruder offers a more uniform mixing, suitable for
precise compounding and blending operations. The materials are evenly
dispersed and the plasticizing and mixing effects are excellent.
