HDPE Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line

HDPE corrugated pipe is made of high-density polyethylene as the raw material. The outer wall of this pipe has a circular corrugated structure, while the inner wall is smooth.
The wall thickness of this pipe is more than 50% thinner than that of a solid-walled pipe. HDPE corrugated pipe has outstanding pressure resistance and impact resistance. It maintains toughness even at -70℃ low temperature.
The friction coefficient of the pipe is low, and its wear resistance is 3-5 times higher than that of steel pipes. The service life of the pipe is up to 50 years.
It has the advantages of light weight and fast construction, and is suitable for municipal drainage, building sewage discharge, water conservancy transportation and agricultural irrigation fields.
It has largely replaced traditional concrete pipes and cast iron pipes and can adapt to uneven soil settlement.
