HDPE/MPP/PPR Pipe Extrusion Line
HDPE pipe (High Density Polyethylene pipe) is a new type of pipe made from high-density polyethylene through extrusion molding process. It requires HDPE resin with high molecular weight and excellent mechanical properties as raw material. This pipe material is a substitute for traditional metal pipes and polyvinyl chloride pipes. Its working pressure range is 0.25 – 1.6 MPa. It has characteristics such as chemical corrosion resistance, low-temperature impact resistance (-60 – 60℃), light weight, good flexibility, and long service life.
It is mainly used in municipal water supply and drainage, gas transportation, water conservancy projects, and nuclear power circulating cooling water systems and etc.

Process Flow
Vacuum auto loader → Hopper dryer → Single Screw Extruder → Mould → Vacuum Calibiation Tank → Spray Cooling Tank → Haul Off Machine → Dust-free Pipe Cutting Machine → Pipe Stacker (Or Pipe Winder for small dia. coil hdpe pipe)
For HDPE pipe, our machine can produce the pipe dia. Range from 16-1600mm.
