Vertical mixer dryer is applied for mixing and drying PP /PE/ PC/ ABS plastic granules, hard chips, flakes, heavy powder and etc.

This machine is mainly for mixing plastic raw material, such as PP PE PPR PVC ABS pellets, mixed with masterbatch, meanwhile has a function of drying, remove mositure from pellets, compare with other mixer, it has big capacity, max can reach 3000kg/h, machine body adopt SUS304.

The vitacal mixing dryer is able to perform even mixture for large volume of material in short mixing time by utilizing the paddles rotation to gather the material from the bottom of dump center to the top ,shed the material flow back to the bottom and complete the mixing function in a short period of time.
