Heavy duty shredder
SS series Plastic Shredder Machine is a kind of heavy duty size reduction machines which are capable for shredding a large range of materials such as hard plastics, woods,textiles,tires,cardboard,packed fibers,film in rolls ect. These models machines are specially designed for varies thick material like plastic blocks,lumps,polymer pipes, household plastics ect.
There are two types of rotor blade designs for different applications. A type (Shaft-knife holder intergrated type) for soft material and the B type( blade seat type )for block material.
External bearing seat. The bearing seat was designed outside the machine body, and the main shaft and the machine body are sealed by a sealing ring, which effectively prevents the shredded materials from entering the bearing to prolonging the life of the bearing.

- Features start, stop, reverse functions along with automatic overload return mechanism to prevent damage to working parts.
