Double shaft shredder
DSS series Plastic Double Rotor Shredder takes advantage of both single shaft shredder and double shaft shredder.
First of all, instead of using stacked cutters(disk knives), this shredder adopts two rotors from one shaft shredder. The 2 rigid and heavy rotors bring twice the torque and crushing ability for you.
Secondly, the two rotors contra-rotate like a double shaft shredder. Once objects fall into the shredding chamber, the two rotors tear down the objects.
As double rotor shredder equips with screens, you can get uniform particle size.
In a harsh environment, the shredding machines can maintain good stability and reliability. 2 types of shredder rotor can be selected according to material characteristics.
