Process Flow: Belt Conveyor → Heavy-Duty Crusher→  Friction Washer → Sink-Float Washing Tank → Screw Loader → Horizontal Centrifugal Dryer
→ Hot Air Drying Pipe and Silo → Control Cabinet
（According to raw material situation, the process will be different, it is customized.）

Belt Conveyor: To convey raw materials into the crusher for size reduction.

Heavy-Duty Crusher: For effective size reduction and pre-washing.

Friction Washer : To remove impurities by high speed rotation and continuous water flushing.

Sink-Float Washing Tank : For sinking separation of mud, sands, heavy impurities.

Screw Loader: To load the PE film flakes into the dewatering machine.

Horizontal Centrifugal Dryer ：To dewater the PE flakes by centrifugal force.

Hot Air Drying Pipe and Silo: For drying PP PE flakes by hot air through the long pipe.

This washing line also matched with a compactor pelletizing machine to make the pe film flakes be pellets.
