20-110mm HDPE Coil Pipe Machine testing for our South Africa Customer

HDPE plastic pipe extrusion line is mainly used for producing hdpe pipes for waster supply and drainage in the field of agriculture, construction and etc.
For HDPE pipe, our machine can produce the pipe dia. Range from 16-1600mm.

Whole complete production line consists of plastic single screw Extruder（SIEMENS PLC touch screen control for option）, Mould, Vacuum Calibration Tank, Spray Cooling Tank, Haul off Machine, Pipe Cutting Machine，Pipe Stacker and Pipe Winder（for coil type hdpe pipe）.

For better cooling, Spray Cooling tank we design the length to 9m instead of the normal 6m. And whole complete set all use the material SUS304, for better quality and long life using.

Whole complete production line match with automatic haul off machine and dust free cutting machine.

This production line not only with pipe stacker, but also match with a pipe winder, suitable to produce both straight and coil hdpe pipe.

Same production line, can produce both straight and coil type hdpe pipe.

This Machine is customized and testing for one of our South Africa regular customer, machine running well, and customers feel satisfied.
